The shell fabric is a blend of 61.5% polyester, 29% viscose, and 9.5% spandex, offering a soft, slightly lustrous hand feel with reliable stretch and recovery. The inner lining uses 73% nylon and 27% spandex for supportive, breathable contact against the skin. Available in five colors - milk white, gray, nude, ankara red, and black - and sizes M through 2XL, this bra serves a broad spectrum of body types and style preferences, from everyday neutral tones to bold statement colors.

Our factory brings 15 years of lingerie manufacturing experience to every bra we produce. Operating a 24,000-square-meter facility with over 1,000 employees and a monthly capacity of 600,000 pieces, we handle both large wholesale volumes and custom private-label orders. We have manufactured for UNIQLO, and our in-house R&D team develops new seamless bra patterns, cup constructions, and fabric blends each season. Full OEM and ODM services are available, including production from customer drawings or prototypes. Custom samples are developed in 3–7 days, and free samples are offered to qualified buyers. Standard orders deliver in 7–15 days, custom orders in approximately 30 days.

Customization

Customization for the Sexy Seamless Wireless Bra includes size range adjustment, color matching to brand specifications, modification of cup shape and padding level, adjustment of strap design and back closure, and changes to shell and lining material blends. Branded labels, hang tags, and custom packaging - including printed OPP bags, boxed sets, and poly mailers - are available for OEM orders. We accept production based on customer technical drawings, design references, or physical prototypes. Our R&D team assists in pattern development and fit refinement. Custom samples are produced within 3–7 days for buyer approval.

Packaging & Transportation

Each bra is individually packed in an OPP bag. For bulk export, 12–20 pieces are grouped per inner pack and then placed into standard export cartons. Custom packaging is available to meet buyer branding and protection requirements. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. Orders are scheduled immediately upon confirmation, with fabric and accessory procurement coordinated to maintain delivery timelines. Repeat orders are processed with faster lead times than initial orders.
