Choose according to body type:

Choose according to fabric:

Important Details

Waist and Leg Circumference: The width should be moderate. Too tight will leave marks, too loose will cause the edges to roll up.

Color: Lighter colors are safer (to avoid dye allergies). White is prone to yellowing and needs to be changed frequently.

Size: Ideally, you should be able to insert one finger into the waistband after trying it on to avoid compressing blood vessels.
